1. Eligibility for Return
Due to the nature of the product, we accept returns only if:
- You receive a damaged product
- You receive a wrong product
- The package is tampered or leaked
2. Time Window
You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Opened, used, or partially consumed products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
4. Refund Process
After inspection and approval, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
5. Replacement
If eligible, we can also send a replacement instead of a refund.
6. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
